USGA Junior Qualifiers Conducted at TimberStone

Monday, June 19 two United States Golf Association qualifiers were conducted at TimberStone Golf Course in Caldwell, ID. 

Twenty six girls were competing for two spots for the U.S. Girls’ Junior Championship, while twenty four boys were looking for that one spot to play in the U.S.

8 Qualify for IMG World Junior Championship

CALDWELL- 85 girls and boys ages 13 through 18 teed off at TimberStone Golf Course in hopes of winning. But, this tournament had even more incentive with the top two individuals in each age division qualifying for the IMG World Championship at Torrey Pines Golf Course in San Diego, California.

Two Idahoans Qualify for USGA Championship

Monday, June 20 the U.S. Junior Amateur and U.S. Girls’ Junior qualifier was hosted at The Club at SpurWing. The boys played 36-hole and out of the twenty-two players there was one spot to qualify for the championship, while the girls had seventeen players for two spots.
