IGA Women’s InterClub Matches

The IGA’s mission is to promote the game of golf by offering amateurs a positive experience within the region served by the Idaho Golf Association. Specifically, the IGA is excited to offer a program that will promote the growth and sustainability of women’s golf and all its benefits. The IGA Women’s InterClub Matches (“WIM”) program will be a women’s only interclub four-ball match play competition that will span a designated season within geographic regions served by the Idaho Golf Association. For 2015, the program will encompass IGA District 1 (Oregon to Mt Home, Boise to McCall) member clubs. Divisions of six teams each will compete within their division, playing for points. At the end of the regular season of five matches, the division point winners will compete for the District Championship. In years 2016 and beyond, it is anticipated that District Champions will compete to crown an IGA InterClub State Champion Team.
